Day 1 - Departure
Departure on your jet flight to Spain. Dinner and breakfast served on board.
Day 2 - Madrid
Upon arrival, you are met by a Bravo representative and transferred to your hotel. Evening Welcome Buffet Dinner. Lodging at your hotel.
Day 3 - Madrid
After breakfast, you will take a short ride through the heart of the city. Then you will visit the former residence of the Spanish Royal Family, the Royal Palace. Later you will enter the renowned Prado Museum. In the afternoon, you may decide to see other important monuments of Madrid or to relax and shop. Lodging at your hotel.
Day 4 - Madrid - Toledo
After breakfast, you will leave for the Imperial City of Toledo. Upon arrival, you will visit the Cathedral, Santo Tome Church, where they have conserved the most famous painting of El Greco, "The Burial of Count Orgaz"; the Synagogue, Bisagra's Gate, Alcantara's Bridge, and the Alcazar. Lunch in a local restaurant. Afternoon return to Madrid. Lodging at your hotel.
Day 5 - Madrid - Avila - El Escorial - Valle De Los Caidos
After breakfast, you will travel 112 kilometers to Avila, the birthplace of St. Teresa. In the fortified walled city, dating back to the Middle Ages, you will visit St. Teresa's Temple, the Convent of St. Thomas and the cathedral. Lunch is included. Then, you will leave for El Escorial, the 16th century monastery palace commissioned by Philip II. Afterwards, your excursion continues to El Valle de los Caidos, Spain's tribute to these who died during its Civil War. Afternoon return to Madrid. Lodging at your hotel.
Day 6 - Madrid - Segovia
After breakfast, coach to the typically Castillian city of Segovia with its universally famous Roman Aqueduct and its magnificent Alcazar. Lunch is included. Return to Madrid. In the evening you will experience the passion of Spain when you attend a Tablao Flamenco - a Flamenco Show. Dinner is included. Lodging at your hotel.
Day 7 - Madrid
After breakfast, you will have a full day to enjoy this marvelous city. In the evening you will have a Farewell Buffet Dinner. Lodging at your hotel.
Day 8 - Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight.
