Day 1 – Departure
Evening departure. Dinner and breakfast served on board.
Day 2 – Santiago de Compostela
Upon arrival, you are met by a Bravo representative and
transferred to
your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 – Santiago de Compostela
Breakfast. Morning tour of the city of Saint James the
Apostle, the patron saint of Spain. Dinner and
overnight.
Day 4 – La Coruña
Breakfast. Full day excursion to the port city of La
Coruña, where you will see “La Torre de Hércules” – the
only Roman Lighthouse still in existence, La Plaza de
María Pita, and its harbor where you will begin to
understand Galicia’s Celtic roots. Return to Santiago
for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 – Madrid + Prado Museum
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your brief flight
to Madrid. Upon arrival, you are met by a Bravo
representative and transferred to your hotel. In the
afternoon, you will have a panoramic tour seeing La
Plaza de España, La Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, La Puerta
de Alcalá, La Plaza Mayor,and more. This is followed by
a guided visit to the Prado. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6 – Toledo – El Escorial
Breakfast. Full day excursion to Toledo to see the
Alcázar, the Church of Santo Tomé, the Synagogue, and a
demasquinado factory. Then, on to El Escorial to see the
16th century monastery-palace built by Felipe II. Return
to Madrid for dinner and overnight.
Day 7- Flamenco and Tapas
Breakfast and a full day to pursue your own sightseeing
and shopping.
Evening Flamenco Show and tapas. Overnight Madrid.
Day 8 – Departure
Breakfast. Transfer to airport for
return flight.
