Evening departure. Dinner and breakfast served on board.
Upon arrival, you will be met by a Bravo representative and transferred to your hotel. Dinner and lodging.
Breakfast. Morning tour of Toledo where you will visit the Cathedral, Santo Tomé Church, and see El Grecos most famous painting, The Burial of the Count Orgaz, the Synagogue, Bisagras Gate, Alcántaras Bridge and the Alcázar. After lunch, on to El Escorial, the 16th century monastery-palace and El Valle de los Caídos, Spains tribute to those who died during its Civil War. Late afternoon return to Madrid. Dinner and lodging.
Breakfast. Morning tour including the Royal Palace and Prado Museum. In the afternoon relax, shop, or see other places of interest. Dinner and lodging in your hotel.
Breakfast. Depart for Segovia, with its universally famous Roman Aqueduct and fantastic castle. Then, on to the medieval walled city of Avila, the birthplace of St. Teresa. Lunch. Continue to the university city of Salamanca for dinner and lodging.
Breakfast. City tour of Salamanca the golden city renowned throughout the world because of the number and quality of its monuments. Salamancas university was founded in 1240 A.D. and for centuries was the cultural center of Spain. Afterwards, on to the medieval city of Cáceres. Lunch. After a panoramic tour we continue on to Mérida, for dinner and lodging in your hotel.
Breakfast. Then a tour of Mérida and its Roman monuments. Continue on to Trujillo, the nursery of the Conquistadores. Afterwards, drive through the picturesque village of Guadalupe while on the way to Talavera de la Reina for lunch. Tile and ceramic viewing. Late afternoon we return to Madrid for dinner and lodging.
After breakfast, time for packing and transfer to the airport for your return flight.
