Typical Canarian night with choice of a buffet composed of Canarian specialties or a Canarian-served menu. The room as well as the tables will be decorated in Canarian style. A Canarian trio will liven up the dinner playing some local music, and during the dessert, a special folkloric Dance Party formed by 20-25 persons will sing and invite guests to join them.
Buffet or a special served menu is available. Guests may bring their own disguises, or request a complimentary costume. Upon arrival, guests will receive a "surprise-box" with some funny hats, cotillions, etc. During dessert, at least 25 costumed entertainers will dance and sing, inviting guests to join them.
This special night will be organized on one of the several terraces of the Hotel, decorated with flowers and little Fair Houses with lamps. At their arrival, the guests will receive a "Cordoban" hat. Carnations can be provided for the gentlemen and fans for the ladies. Two guitarists will play during the dinner, and at the end of the party a "Flamenco Show" will be organized.
The American Barbecue Buffet will be organized in the gardens of the Hotel. The gardens as well as the tables will be decorated in a country style. Upon request, a Rock 'n' Roll group can be provided to liven up the party.

A menu principally composed of fish will be served, or a "Sailor's Buffet". Buccaneer's hat, hooks, and swords will be provided. Music will enliven the meal. At dinner's end, a special "Caribbean" Show!
