Day 1 – Sunday, June 28 – Departure
Evening departure. Dinner and breakfast served on board.

Day 2 – Monday, June 29 – Palma de Mallorca
Upon arrival, your Bravo representative will transfer you to your hotel.

In the afternoon, rest up after your international trip. Dinner and lodging.

Day 3 – Tuesday, June 30 – Manacor – Cuevas Del Drach
Breakfast. Panoramic tour of Palma. Then, depart for Manacor where the world’s most famous pearls are made. Afterwards, continue on to Porto Cristo for lunch and a tour of Las Cuevas del Drach, an underground forest of stalactites and stalagmites. Late afternoon return to Palma. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4 – Wednesday, July 1 – Palma – Barcelona
Breakfast. Free morning in Palma. Then, transfer to the airport for your brief flight to Barcelona. Upon arrival in Barcelona , you will have lunch and then see the Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter, Town Hall, Chamber of Deputies, and Montjuich Mountain. Then, visit El Pueblo Espaρol to see replicas of Spain’s most typical villages. Dinner and lodging.

Day 5 – Thursday, July 2 – Figueras – Dali Museum – Gerona
Breakfast.  This excursion takes you to Figueras for a tour of the fantastic Dali Museum. After lunch, head for Gerona for a visit of the city and its Jewish Quarter. Then, return to Barcelona for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 – Friday, July 3 – Gaudi – Picasso – Zaragoza
Breakfast.  This morning you will see works by Gaudi – Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, La Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. You will visit the Picasso Museum. After lunch, depart for one of Spain’s largest cities – Zaragoza, the capital of the Region of Aragon. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7 – Saturday, July 4 – Zaragoza – Madrid plus Prado Museum
Breakfast.  Morning panoramic tour of Zaragoza, a city that has over 2,000 years of history, and many vestiges of the Roman, Moorish, Jewish, and Christian communities. You will also see La Basilica de Pilar and the Moorish castle – La Aljaferia. After lunch, depart for Madrid. You will visit the Prado Museum followed by a panoramic tour seeing Gran Via, La Plaza Mayor, La Puerta de Alcala, and Retiro Park. Dinner and overnight.

Day 8 – Sunday, July 5 – Royal Palace – Flamenco Show
Breakfast.  Morning tour of the Royal Place. Your afternoon is free. In the evening enjoy a tapas dinner and a Flamenco Show. Overnight. 

Day 9 – Monday, July 6 – Toledo – Cordoba
Breakfast.  In the morning visit Toledo where you will see the Cathedral, Santo Tome Church, and El Greco’s most famous parinting, “The Burial of the Count Orgaz, “ the Synagogue, Bisagra’s Gate, Alcantara’s Bridge, and the Alcazar. After lunch, depart for Cordoba, the birthplace of the philosopher Maimonides. Dinner and overnight.

Day 10 – Tuesday, July 7 – Carmona – Sevilla
Breakfast.  Morning visit to “La Mezquita,” a fine example of mudejar architecture. Lunch. Afterwards, on to visit Carmona, a city dating back to the time before Jesus Christ. Then, head to Sevilla for dinner and overnight.

Day 11 – Wednesday, July 8 – Sevilla – Costa del Sol
Breakfast. Morning sightseeing of the Alcazar, the Giralda, and the Santa Cruz Quarters. After lunch, head for the Costa del Sol. Dinner and overnight.

Day 12 – Thursday, July 9 – Granada
Breakfast. Depart for Granada to visit the Alhambra Palace, the Generalife Gardens, the Cathedral and the Capilla Real – the burial place of Ferdinand and Isabel. Lunch. Return to the Costa del Sol for dinner and overnight.

Day 13 – Friday, July 10 – Costa del Sol
Breakfast. Today you will have a free day for swimming, shopping, and enjoying the charms of the south. Dinner and overnight.

Day 14 – Saturday, July 11 – Departure
Breakfast. Time for packing and transfer to the airport for your return flight.

This price is based on a 1.55 euro/dollar exchange rate, airfares ($650 from JFK, $750 from Boston and DC, $950 from Chicago and Miami , and $1,200 from LAX), the present taxes and fuel surcharges, and 50 participants (groups combined from various schools).

All prices are subject to change and availability. The single supplement is $1,200 and there is no reduction for triples. The owners of Bravo Tours will personally escort this program as long as there is a minimum of fifty participants after groups have been combined.
