Free DVD

Bravo Tours, in conjunction with Create A Video by PhotoVision, will provide all groups of 20 or more, a free DVD (one per person traveling) of your travel experience.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Create A Video provides a quality Canon Digital camera (1 per motor coach) and ships it directly to your school about two weeks prior to departure. This is the camera you will use to take pictures while on tour.
  2. Upon your return, you will send the camera back to Create A Video using the pre-paid Priority Mail Box provided for processing and production.
  3. Create A Video ships the finished DVDs back to the school in about 2 weeks

Features and Benefits of Create A Video:

  1. Bravo Tours will provide this service to your group of twenty or more – free. For groups less than twenty, you may purchase the DVD video for $10.00 each and you must purchase at least 15 of them.
  2. The DVD shows the schools travel experience on a custom DVD using photos taken by the students, chaperones, and teachers with the camera provided.
  3. The DVD video provides the students and families with a lasting memorable keepsake that can be enjoyed for years.
  4. Teachers love how the DVD reinforces the educational purpose of the trip.
  5. Knowing that you will have a DVD could save your group money on film and developing costs.
  6. Each student will have access to all photos used in each video and these photos are available for viewing on The Create A Video secure web site. The pictures can be e-mailed, printed, or downloaded for free.
  7. The DVD allows parents to share in their students travel experience and see how their hard earned money was spent.
  8. A free copy is provided to the school that can be used to help promote and recruit for next year’s trip.

All videos include cool special effects, moving zooms, opening and closing titles (which you provide), and music. Performing groups can provide their own music to use as background for the video.

Bravo Tours assumes no responsibility for this product. Bravo’s role is to pay Create A Video for the service, and we take no responsibility for lost cameras, poor DVD video or sound quality, or even , in the unlikely event, for the company being unable to provide the service or product. You must deal directly with Create A Video for all production and service issues.
